What a response says¶
{aid}'s inception is still in escrow rather than in a key history: the members' signatures have not met the threshold their configuration set.
The placeholders are filled from aid, which travel positionally in the args member of the response.
What to do¶
Retryable, and the remedy is somebody else's act: collect the other members' join artifacts and assemble again. A proposed group having an identifier and no key state is a real state rather than an error — existing and having key state are different questions.
