e.state.conflict.record.second-writer.f¶
Something else wrote to the record while a queued write was in flight.
Retrying the same thing changes nothing.
What a response says¶
The queue was writing position {at} with the record at {head}, and the record is now at {found} with something the queue did not write.
The placeholders are filled from at, head, found, which travel positionally in the args member of the response.
What to do¶
The record has exactly one writer by design, so a second one is the condition to fix rather than to retry. The queue holds the act until somebody says what the other writer was.
Where it sits¶
| Sorter | e — Error. The problem clearly defeats someone's intentions. |
| Obstacle | e.state. — The condition of the target |
| Disposition | f — Final. Retrying the same thing changes nothing. |
A handler can match this code exactly, or by any prefix above it: e.state., e.state.conflict., e.state.conflict.record., e.state.conflict.record.second-writer..
