e.state.conflict.record.genesis.f

That kind of entry is the record's to write, not a caller's.

Retrying the same thing changes nothing.

What a response says

An entry of kind {kind} is written by the record itself, and one was passed in.

The placeholders are filled from kind, which travel positionally in the args member of the response.

What to do

Use `anchor()` for an anchor and `create()` for a genesis. Both compute a chain link, and an entry that carried one from outside would be claiming a link nobody computed.

Where it sits

Sorter e — Error. The problem clearly defeats someone's intentions.
Obstacle e.state. — The condition of the target
Disposition f — Final. Retrying the same thing changes nothing.

A handler can match this code exactly, or by any prefix above it: e.state., e.state.conflict., e.state.conflict.record., e.state.conflict.record.genesis..
