e.id.¶
e.id. is a match pattern, never a code. It selects every code below it, including ones minted after your handler was written.
The obstacle: Who you are (authentication).
The standard sub-descriptors under this obstacle are missing, invalid, expired. A repo mints deeper leaves of its own without asking; it may not add a first descriptor.
Codes under this prefix¶
e.id.invalid.batch.f— That batch is not signed by the Registrar this Observer is subscribed to, so I ignore it.e.id.invalid.observer.f— The answer did not come from the Observer I am pinned to, so I will not use it.e.id.invalid.passcode.f— That passcode doesn't open this lockbox.e.id.invalid.secret.f— That secret doesn't open this archive.
