e.grant.constraint.unrecognized.f

The charter carries a constraint the standard does not define.

Retrying the same thing changes nothing.

What a response says

The constraints container holds {count} key(s) this body cannot place: {keys}.

The placeholders are filled from count, keys, which travel positionally in the args member of the response.

What to do

The GCD rules block requires an unrecognized key inside the constraints container to be treated as fail-closed, and version 3.1 makes that the verifier's job rather than the schema's. Either the key is a typo, or this body is older than the credential.

Where it sits

Sorter e — Error. The problem clearly defeats someone's intentions.
Obstacle e.grant. — What you may do (delegated authority)
Disposition f — Final. Retrying the same thing changes nothing.

A handler can match this code exactly, or by any prefix above it: e.grant., e.grant.constraint., e.grant.constraint.unrecognized..
